Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work closely with the management team and support teams to build a prospect / client relations / sales pipeline & to identify opportunities; thereby generating revenues for the organization

Manage customer relations / Prospect services - pre & post deal closures. Execute the required Sales promotions in US - Canada market. Acquire market intelligence / information · Support the process of identifying, shaping, and closing business opportunities. Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment. Preparing client proposals and presentations. End to end coordination of various stages of client relationship development. Analyzing critical business drivers, risks and needs that meet client / prospect requirements. Support contract integration, change management, governance activities, up sells / cross sells and relationship management. Achieve Sales Revenue Generation Targets.

Sales territory is Canada & US. Expected travel based on business needs across Canada & the US based on client needs (post-pandemic). Required to maintain a rolling pipeline as per expectations of management / leadership. Expectation is to support or close two or more opportunities which could result in achieving or exceeding the management quota assignments. Frequently represents the organization to other businesses within the company and to external customers/clients. Acts as a liaison for clients / prospects with an objective of acquiring new business and / or generating revenues. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods

University or Bachelor's degree preferable. 4+ years of appropriate Experience in International Business Development / Sales. Pleasant personality, business acumen & right attitude and aptitude. Preferred knowledge of USA / North & South America / Canadian / UK markets. Demonstrable understanding of current & emerging IT, ITES & Government Sector. Demonstrable understanding of developing client / prospect relations & business acumen. Excellent verbal & written Communication Skills. Basic computer skills like MS Office. Temperament to work in a highly matrixed and virtual as well as growing organizational environment

Client Support Manger

We are seeking a Client Support Manager to be responsible for the customer service process, and a team of Customer Service Representatives. The CSM is a key aspect of ultimate customer satisfaction.

Oversee the customer service process. Plan training and create standardization of service delivery for the Customer Service Reps. Monitor the work of individual representatives of the team. Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to team members. Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

Software Developer

We are looking for an Open Source technology developer to build software using languages and technologies of the PHP framework. Candidate will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support. You should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. If you are passionate about the PHP framework and software design/architecture, we’d like to meet you

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture. Write clean, scalable code using PHP programming languages. Test and deploy applications and systems. Revise, update, refractor and debug code. Improve existing software. Develop documentation throughout the software development life. cycle (SDLC) Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Produce detailed specifications - Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and. databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle - Follow industry best practices. - Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary. Proven software development experience in PHP - Understanding of PHP Core, PHP CI, PHP Laravel and advantage if developer have knowledge of open source projects like Word press, open cart, wow commerce, Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, etc. -Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc. Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services. Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc). Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop. new bold ideas.

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject. Proven software development experience and PHP Platform skills development. Proven working experience in PHP framework app development and - Have developed at least one Application in PHP. Experience with PHP Framework. Experience working with remote data via API and Integrated System. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging. Technologies - Solid understanding of the full Web Application development life cycle.
